Hi there! I'm Annemarie Gereis, a VFX consultant specializing in recruitment and talent development. My passion lies in empowering individuals like you to unleash their full potential and excel in their endeavors.

My journey is deeply rooted in my fascination with media and technology. Over the years, I've been fortunate to travel the globe, lending my technical expertise to over 20 blockbuster TV shows and films. Alongside this, I've collaborated with numerous organizations and teams, tackling challenges to enhance hiring processes, business strategies, and creative workflows.

Drawing from my diverse experiences, I've also provided training to government agencies in project and stakeholder management. This expertise enriches my coaching sessions with individuals and businesses, guiding them towards success. Moreover, I take pride in mentoring career changers venturing into the realm of visual effects, while also developing training content for online classes covering various disciplines such as compositing, matte painting, UI/UX design, 3D animation, entrepreneurship, AI, leadership, networking and portfolio creation .

Beyond my professional engagements, I lecture at the Art & Design School of the University of New South Wales and am an active Siggraph ACM member. In my downtime, I enjoy hosting monthly entrepreneur networking events to support the creative community.
